We are pleased to announce we have been shortlisted for the CNAwards ‘International Project of the Year’ for our work on the Nagpur-Saoner-Betul stretch of the NH-69 in India.

Spanning a length of 174km, this major upgrade to a national road across two states was highly complex – including bypasses for Betul, Multai, Pandhurma, Badchicholi, and Saoner, and passing through highly sensitive agricultural regions.

Frischmann Prabhu India, which leads the group’s work in India, was appointed as the independent engineer to the National Highways Authority of India for delivery of construction supervision - providing a range of specialist services including design review, completion testing and certification, and dispute resolution.

The team’s successful completion of this £300m project six months ahead of schedule represented a remarkable achievement in a country facing major challenges with congestion, road safety, and its huge infrastructure development ambitions.
